Grande Chambre Meublée 25m2 Castellane

I had stayed here for almost three months. So I can designate some pros and cons. 1) It is an big, well decorated, airy, cosy room. You can enjoy how it adorned. I really love the taste of Isabella in decoration.(+) 2) There were too many staff, and it could make things harder for you to get relax. Because you always need to be careful not to harm any property.(-) 3) After I got the house, she showed me everything about the room detailedly, helped me to find an affordable laundry and shop. I didn't go there a lot but it felt me secured and welcomed (+) 4) Before I got home, she made me wait out of the building more than an hour. And when she came down the building, her attitude was not welcoming, cuz I was wracked after 8 hours of journey and sitting. And yes, this is typical of her. If you're satisfied with everything you'd welcomed perfectly. But if you tell something is broken, doesn't work or you can't use, then you'll be scolded. (-) 5) Apartment is very well located, next to the metro station and fifteen minutes walk to vieux port or Notre dame. There is a church right opposite of the room which gives an holy view. I felt very pleasant while I was looking through the window to the street. (+) 6)In your room, internet connection sucks. And when I say that, she told me I could go if I didn't like the room. (yes, she is rude tho). (-) 7)Rooms are totally separated from each other. And you have your own key to get in the house. So you have you your privacy which is perfect. There is a corridor before get in the room. She told me you can close the door to avoid anyone disturb you. And it was very good. (+) 8)Nobody disturbed me but her. She suddenly opened the door couple of times which was terrible that violated my privacy. And later, I understood that she entered my room sometimes when I was not there. It was profoundly inconvenient .(-) 9) The house is tidy and clean. You would definitely feel just like home. The kitchen is useful. You're not allowed to cook for long, but there's still enough cutlery and it's clean. (+) 10) But I can't say same thing for the bathroom. She has her own bathroom which is probably much more useful than ours. We have a bathtub that looks like it's from the Mediaeval and is half clogged, where we take showers sitting in a dirty water. And most of the time your housemates leaves it dirty that means you need to clean there each time. You have to wait ten minutes after chiffoning, so if there's someone in toilet, sorry buddy :( and yes, many times they left it pretty dirty too.(-) Bonus : I'd like to say more beautiful things. I really love Marseille, I had an incredible experience, French people are very awesome, helpful and kind. But I think she is an exception. After November, the weather got really cold. And I asked her how to turn the radiator on. She didn't help me first, I asked secondly 10 days later, she didn't do anything again. And in December, whether was like 2-3 degrees at night and I almost begged her to do something cuz house is old and walls hold the cold. And there's crack in the window, so the weather is even colder that the outside. One month later, she finally asked the apartment administrator. In the meantime, I wrote a paragraph of text in polite language to ask her what the situation was. And I added ps to paragraph, I asked her if she could help me with how to clean the sheets, in one sentence. She did not even respond to the whole text in which I explained that I was tired and desperately asked for help in, but arrogantly answered only my one-sentence question at the end by advising as taking sheets to an laundry shop like everyone else does. In conclusion, she did many unpleasant this, I don't wanna tell them all but I don't recommend you to accommodate here unless you're in extremely desperate situation. Especially if you're a student. Internet is terrible. And there is a lot of noise coming from outside often, even in the middle of the night. And if you're coming in summer, there is no air conditioner neither. For your information!

Isabelle est avenante et accueillante. Le logement est spacieux et agréablement situé.

Un accueil parfait. Une très belle chambre dans un appartement magnifique. Location centrale, proche de tous les transports.
