Très bon emplacement et spacieux mais on ne se sent pas à l'aise dû à la pression mise par l'hôte et ce sentiment de surveillance constante. Tout de même une personne cultivé et sympathique, hors du cadre de la location, avec qui on peut facilement échanger sur de nombreux sujets. Bonne continuation :)

Mon séjour chez Sophie a été agréable. Sophie est une personne sympathique accueillante. Son appartement est idéalement placé . La chambre est cosy et j ai pu utiliser toutes les commodités de l appartement.

For short stays this room is a nice choice especially because of its more central location between Bastille and République. However, I stayed here for 7 weeks and I need to say that I can't recommend it for these kind of periods. I didn't feel welcomed or even respected. Especially for this kind of money it wasn't an enjoyable stay. I'm a student and even though there's a big table in the dining room, the room was occupied or I didn't feel comfortable to work there most of the time. I wasn't even allowed to have a friend over to work. All in all, I had to tolerate strict rules and unpleasant situations and because of this I would recommend to you other, cheaper options in Paris :)

Sophie est une personne très attentive, bienveillante et agréable, avec qui converser est toujours un plaisir! L'appartement est idéalement situé, entre Bastille et République, peu loin du Marais à pied. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement!

Sophie is great! Very attentive and thoughtful with the guest. The house is very well located with plenty of supermarkets and shops around. Very recommended!
